How and what information is collected?
Data collection during correspondence: In case you decide to send your information to me directly via email, I may collect your data when necessary. If you wish to purchase a product from me, or if you ask me to reply to you with specific information later on (such as commission info or updates on product availability). In these cases I only collect information what you choose to provide in your email.
How do I use the information about you?
If you decide to send me your information, I use it with respect. I only use it to send you the requested information, or to process and ship your order, and to deal with possible returns or similar events concerning your order. If you buy something from me, the required information may be shared with the bank service that we select for our payment transactions (such as PayPal or the Swish), the shipping company that we select for the delivery (such as Post Nord and DHL Express). I will not sell or share your personal data, or use your information for other purposes. For example, I will not send newsletters or marketing emails.
Your rights
As the data subject, you have the right to inquire about the stored information of you, to update your data or to delete your personal data from my register. Please contact info@annalennqvist.com if you have questions or requests concerning your stored data. I will be obligated to delete your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes of maintaining the service or business relationship. However your personal data cannot be deleted from the register if its storage is required by legislation (record of financial transactions).
